Thank you for your interest in placing your products on Afrimaplace. Below are the terms and conditions that all vendors must adhere to when listing their products on our platform:

Product Listing Requirements

  • Vendors must provide clean and high-quality images of their products.
  • Each product listing attracts a placement fee of ₦1,000 per item.
  • Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions to ensure clarity for buyers.

Business and Contact Information

  • Vendors must provide a workable phone number and a WhatsApp number for communication.
  • A valid business address and exact location must be provided.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Vendors must be able to deliver products within 2-3 working days for orders within Nigeria.
  • For international orders, vendors will be responsible for delivery and shipping fees.
  • Delivery outside Nigeria is expected within a 2-3 week interval.

Refund & Payment Terms

  • Refunds are guaranteed by Afrimaplace if items received by customers are not as displayed on our website.
  • Payments will be forwarded to vendors only after customers have received their items from Afrimaplace.
  • All products must be easily trackable to ensure smooth delivery.

By listing products on our platform, vendors agree to comply with these terms. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the removal of listings or termination of vendor accounts.
